As two respected names in the industry came together, the challenge was to create a unified brand identity that honoured their combined expertise while positioning them as a forward-thinking leader in their field. I was brought in to develop a brand strategy and visual identity that reflected SPH’s shared values, modern approach, and ambitious growth plans.

Merging two companies with strong reputations required careful brand strategy and positioning to ensure alignment in values, vision, and market perception. I developed a comprehensive brand strategy document that defined SPH’s mission, values, brand promise, and long-term growth objectives. The new brand identity needed to balance heritage and modernity, ensuring that SPH felt both established and contemporary. The logo design was crafted to reflect professionalism and clarity, while the updated font library and colour palette introduced a more vibrant, sophisticated aesthetic—breaking away from the traditionally corporate look often seen in the sector. The result was a clean, modern identity that signalled SPH’s expertise and innovation, reinforcing their commitment to shaping the future of their industry.

The new identity launched at the end of 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for SPH London. Since the rebrand, the company has already won major projects in Europe, strengthening its reputation as a trusted name in quantity surveying and project management. One of SPH’s most notable projects to date is its work on the acclaimed Mandrake Hotel in London—a testament to their expertise and ability to deliver outstanding results for high-profile developments.
